AC Hotels by Marriott is on the SBA Franchise Directory, so it's been reviewed as eligible for SBA 7(a) and 504 financing. That's a real plus — funding a purchase will be more straightforward.

We could not find a public FDD for AC Hotels by Marriott in any of the four states that publish them (California, Indiana, Minnesota, Wisconsin).
